We feel this is the only fair way to do shipping fairly. The carrier determines shipping cost, we do not. We do not charge a handling fee. We ship within one business day after receiving payment. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday, except on holidays. If under a pound we ship via USPS First Class. If over a pound we will ship via Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx depending on what is most efficient and cost effective. Media items will ship either via Media Mail or first class. We pack orders careful to insure quality and safe delivery. If the tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your item you may have experienced pourch theft. Contact your local PO, they should help track down what else may have happened to your package. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do if the item is shown to be delivered.
