We are looking for a skilled, professional, Nursing Supervisor whose teamwork and adaptability skills take it one step further. In this role you will be an integral part of our Developmental Disabilities Division and provide critical care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities at Beatrice State Developmental Center.

The nurse supervisor is the front-line supervisor over professional and direct care staff in the delivery of nursing services. As a Nursing Supervisor you will:
Complete performances evaluations
Address work performance issues with assigned staff following facility procedure
Schedule nursing service staff and coordinate with direct care staff to assure scheduling meets the needs of the individuals being served
Provide coverage on the homes when needed; provide on call services on the night shift, weekends and holidays
Provide emergency care when needed according to the scope of the RN
REQUIREMENTS: A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska and one year of relevant experience.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 11am - 8:30pm with some flexibility, on-call required.
Ability to supervise LPNs and RNS according to their scope of practice.
Knowledge of scheduling practices, ability to collaborate with internal and external providers.
Ability to uphold department to meet standards of care, develop and conduct performance evaluations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
