As a Quality Manager, you'll oversee the quality aspects of individuals served in the agency, focusing primarily on quality, accreditation and compliance outcomes.

What YOU'll Do:
Provide oversight of agencies regulatory review systems including development of plans of correction and monitoring of plans to ensure effectiveness.
Assist with the design and implementation of operational systems that ensure quality services.
Coordinate quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation and policy requirements.
Coordinate the admission processes and lead the compliant/investigation process as Agency Investigation Coordinator.
What YOU'LL Need:
You're comfortable and even thrive in fast-paced environments where you learn something new every day Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare of Social Services and Two years of experience working with individuals with developmental / intellectual disabilities - experience may be substituted equivalent to six years in a quality or business aspect of healthcare.
Strong background in quality metrics, analyzing data in a thoughtful and purposeful manner High intrinsic motivation to serve others through an individual-centric operations method SCHEDULE:
Days-business hours, Exempt, 40 hours Recommended Skills Creative Problem Solving Metrics Quality Management Receptive Social Work Team Working Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
