This position will be primarily in the Phone Center for Beatrice Family & Internal Medicine.
Under direct supervision, the Physician Clinic Receptionist is responsible for scheduling appointments, registration, check-in, and other clerical duties as directed by the Director of Clinic Practice.
The Receptionist will perform all front desk staff duties and medical records, bring energy and positivity to our team, greet patients, distribute paperwork, and enter pertinent information including insurance and demographics into the patients chart.
The receptionist will also be responsible for accepting payments at time of service.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
General secretarial experience required, healthcare experience preferred.
Post-secondary education may substitute for year of experience.
1 year of experience.
